In the Game was selected as one of ten films to the prestigious American Film Showcase (AFS) – the United States premier film diplomacy program. The film and the director, Maria Finitzo, will be traveling to Tajikistan, India and Morocco beginning mid-December 2016! The series will include screenings, workshops and discussions. The screenings will center around empowering women and girls through sports as well as encouraging mentorship for girls.
